Always fascinates me when players, fans , journos say such and such a team has nothing to lose. Case in point - Carlton lose this weekend and their 2026 is over - ie everything to lose 🤷♂️
It’s lazy and inane when a footy ex player/journo/expert/special comments person etc etc answers a question with “Absolutely” as the first response. It actually means ‘without exception’. ie ‘without exception’
It absolutely frustrates me no end 🤷♂️
