There's a particular kind of freedom that comes from realizing you can survive being misunderstood. You don't have to correct every assumption, defend yourself against every accusation, or participate in every argument.

Growing up around unpredictable people can turn you into an adult who finds even simple communication unnecessarily exhausting. You don’t just listen to what someone says. You analyse their tone, question why they said it that way, wonder if they’re irritated, think about how you should respond, and anticipate whether the conversation might take an unexpected turn. Meanwhile, the other person probably just wanted to know what you wanted for dinner.

Hoarding is stagnancy personified. Things hold energy. The more you throw away things, the lighter your spirit is and the easier it is to quantum leap. The more you change your everyday things like undergarments, mugs, cookware, sheets etc the easier it is for you to energetically let go and embrace change in every area of your life.

Fckn GENETICS bruh!!! Sound like got damn Brandy wtf lmaooooo
Brandy had a proud mom moment last night as her daughter Sy’Rai performed the National Anthem before the sold out crowd at the Laker game in Los Angeles.
Some fans said Brandy was being disrespectful to the Anthem as she yelled out multiple times during the performance.
“Yeah’ sing it baby! Uh huh!”
However most thought it was just a mom being proud of her daughter.
You can hear the crowd wowed as Sy’Rai hit her notes.
