What could £1 do? For many of us, it might not feel like much. But at @GoDharmic, £1 can provide a meal for someone in need. £10 can provide 10 meals.

And when you give every month, you help keep food distributions like this one in Glasgow going, so more people can count on a meal when they need it.

You don’t have to give a lot to make a difference. Sometimes, it’s the little we give consistently that makes the biggest difference. Become a monthly supporter of Go Dharmic, with any amount you choose: godharmic.com/gd-monthly-mem…

Community is built through the little things we do for one another. In Wembley, @GoDharmic works alongside the Shri Sanatan Hindu Mandir to regularly distribute fresh fruits, vegetables, packed food and other essentials to families in the local community.

Compassion is not limited to how we treat one another. It extends to every living being we share this Earth with. At the heart of Dharma is Ahimsa: the practice of living with kindness and causing as little harm as we can.

It asks us to look beyond ourselves, to recognise the suffering of other beings and to consider how our everyday choices affect them. Even something as simple as what we eat can be an expression of compassion.

Perhaps a kinder world begins with these small moments of awareness, and the choices we make. 💚

Every child has dreams. But not every child has the same opportunities to achieve them. Sometimes, a quiet place to study, school fees paid on time, or access to books and learning resources can make all the difference. And you can help make that possible.

In 2025, Cardiff Foodbank provided 19,203 three-day emergency food parcels, with 34% going to children. It is a difficult number to read, but it also reminds us why community support matters.

At our recent distribution, Hare Krishna devotees also joined in with bhajans, filling the gathering with music and a sense of togetherness. It was a lovely reminder that sharing food can bring people together in more ways than one.
