Exciting morning with @GaPorts at the Gainesville Inland Port ribbon cutting! As companies and communities continue to grow across the state, this facility will ensure more efficient transport of cargo and ease strain on our highways, serving both businesses and travelers.
From natural disasters to daily emergencies, our first responders answer without hesitation. Today, we honor the firefighters, law enforcement officers, EMTs, 911 operators, paramedics, and others who put the needs of others before themselves to keep our communities safe.
We are proud that Audi AG has selected Georgia as the home of their first U.S. manufacturing facility, delivering a truly historic $4 billion investment to Middle Georgia. We’re looking forward to the 4,500 jobs this will bring, and we are excited for hardworking Georgians in Peach County and this entire region to benefit from this project for decades to come!

Marty and I were proud to welcome Jim Cole back to the Gold Dome yesterday to honor him for his service to our state. From his time in the legislature to serving as Athletic Director of Mercer University, his impact has stretched far and wide.
Today, I was honored to meet with the Ambassadors of the European Union and Member States to the United States and welcome them to Georgia. The Peach State has enjoyed decades of productive partnership with these allies and we look forward to building on those relationships!
