Its the final day of my #31DaysSeries and I'm saying out loud... I THANK MYSELF!
Went to Casa Loma’s Legends of Horror with my sister of 30 years for #Halloween. I don’t watch horror movies. I don’t do scary. But I took one for the @morningshowca team and I’m telling you, it is something else!
Happy Halloween!

Today is the last day, so make sure you get there! Get your tickets at legendsofhorror.ca 🎟️ #Halloween2026
In my year toward 50, one thing on my list is Mom’s six kids sitting down for a meal together. If you’re holding onto bitterness, consider letting it go.
What do you wish you could say out loud? 👇🏾#31DaysSeries
Some people won’t like this one, but I’m saying it anyway. If I don’t check on you, you don’t check on me. Invite me places, don’t assume I’m busy. Give me the chance to say no.
Who needs to hear this? 👇🏾#31DaysSeries
Its DOUBLE VOTE day and the last chance to vote me into the Top 10 of the #TopHost competition! 🙏🏼❤️
Cast your vote, so I help tell the stories of so many people! Thank you for voting for me!

Day 28 and I'm saying... SUPPORT LOCAL! I ordered from Flava Ceen on Uber Eats and the food was NICE. Big chains are easy, but local has the flavour. Thanks to my hairstylist Valerie for the tip!
What’s your go-to local spot? 👇🏾#31DaysSeries #SupportLocal
To the @Raptors & my @NorthSideCrewTO family, thank you for an experience I will NEVER forget! 🖤
To Shavar Blackwood and Lindsay Aquin, thank you for making the magic happen in just 6 hours. What a crew!
My husband said a queen has too much responsibility. I'm embracing being taken care of.
I'm saying it out loud - I can still be a superwoman, just doesn't have to be every day! #31DaysSeries
Did you miss the @Raptors home opener where I performed a medley of songs during the Halftime show? Well, don't worry!
You can watch the full show on my page now.....and the RAPTORS WON! Guess I'm their good luck charm! 😉

Its day 26 of my #31DaysSeries and I'm reflecting!
Running up and down a stage while singing live? That's cardio. The treadmill is different than dancing. And the Northside crew? That ain't no Stairmaster, no elliptical, no Peloton. That's the real thing!
For day 25 of my #31DaysSeries, I'm saying "I don't want that!"
No judgment on you, I just choose my own treats (ketchup chips & popcorn always! 🍿) and I’m not putting everything in my body. Don’t force me, just let me have my treat.
What do you wish you could say out loud?
I went to Casa Loma for Legends of Horror to shoot our Halloween special. It's 2 to 3 kilometers of skeletons and actors jumping out at you in the dark. I put on my big Storm costume, felt like I was doing something, and then screamed my head off. My nerves are STILL jittery.
What did I learn? It's okay to say "this isn't for me." Scare me all you want, but don't touch me. You don't have to prove anything. Say "it's not for you, it's not for me" and keep it moving. Been there, done that, we're done.
I love roller coasters, dressing up for Halloween and I play video games. Well, I used to, but my husband plays now. He's a genius. 🎮
I wish ppl would be less judgmental of grown folks who decide to keep having fun! #31DaysSeries
You wanna sit on a carousel? Sit on the carousel. You wanna be Storm from X-Men? Buy the wig. Buy the contacts. You only live once.
I'm about to be 49 in three weeks, and here I am heading to @CasaLomaToronto for the Haunted Scary House. 👻
WE MADE IT TO THE TOP 10!
I’m speechless and so grateful. Every single vote, share, comment and reminder got me here. I couldn’t have done it without YOU!
The next round is OPEN, and I need you again! Vote FREE every 24 hours, today to the 29th. Set that daily reminder!
