Careful; Most of Hot Ones' scoville ratings are based on the raw pepper, not the sauce made from it, which heavily dilutes it. Funnily enough, their "Da Bomb (Beyond Insanity)" is far hotter than any other (because it uses extract), including Last Dab. youtube.com/watch?v=dutpBSKj…

Apparently there's quite a few in the Squirrel Hill/Oakland region of Pittsburgh! I also saw that video yesterday or the day before; you know the plate of Laziji? Chengdu Gourmet has it listed as "Diced Chicken with Dried Pepper Chongqing Style (重庆辣子鸡)" on their menu.

Just went to their online order service and they do in fact still have it on the menu; it's just got a super nondescript name on the menu, because apparently the dish it originated from, Wor Shu Gai, traditionally uses almonds, but on the east coast it became a technique.
