Another insane milestone in SF. I went down a rabbit hole on this one. The previous owner passed away in January at age 96. Her property was assessed at $919,446, and she paid just $11,599 annually in property taxes. The new owner will pay an estimated $336,762 a year.

Grateful for leaders like @mer__edith who are at the forefront of consumer protection in the agentic economy. Great debate @mastersofscale

Phinity went from 0 to 8 figures in just a few months. The market pull is extraordinary, the product execution is incredible, and the briliant team led by Sonya Jin and Aadi Nashikkar have assembled is world-class. So proud to back this team alongside @uncorkcap bestie @amy icon @MarHershenson @pearvc and legend @JeffDean.

Not all of our investments @MoxxieVentures are personal but this one is. Having navigated clinical trials with a family member, I’ve seen firsthand how complex and challenging the system can be, not just for patients and families, but for the people working incredibly hard behind the scenes. It made me appreciate how much better infrastructure can matter in helping important research move faster. I'm so proud to be part of the Peppermint journey and so grateful to @peppermintdavid and VJ T. for building this crucial product to help the people advancing life-changing research spend more time on what matters most. 🙏

No offense, @Madonna, but I'm @guyoseary's biggest fan. 😉 I'm psyched to be part of what Guy, @mcgunome and the team @getaccess are building! The best companies benefit from having great people around the table, not just great capital. Get Access is building a new way to bring experienced operators and investors into some of the most exciting private companies.

It will always be weird to me that people who benefited so much professionally and financially from Silicon Valley publicly shit on it so much. Criticism is healthy, but so is gratitude. 🙏
