Well, what a delightful birthday treat. One of my tracks features in James Acaster's top tracks and he writes something very sweet about it.

I didn't realise how rooted in musical piracy spotify was in its early days (read more below). it really is a grim platform. anyone with programming chops want to start an alternative with us?!
‘An artist who writes their own music might receive as little as £0.001, or 0.1p, each time one of their songs is played. In other words, to earn one pound in royalties, one of their songs has to be played a thousand times.’

Thought it would be cool to record this siren test in the lovely little pub I'm currently having my Sunday roast in. Nothing happened, just Elton John singing rocket man on the jukebox. Coded warning? 🚀

there is a social utopia in #Prague facilitated by @BurnedPancake called #synthlibraryprague where people can be... themselves - we can build more spaces like it and support each other 💗❤️🔥💕#feministtraintour #howtobeinthisworld @eastblocsound
The last time I went to the crag I paid particular attention to the myriad colours in and on the rocks. It's incredible how bright and textured they can be. Some parts mat and others glistening like diamonds. Here's my second insulation foam rock trying to look all rockish like. – at Sheffield, England

So excited to welcome Boing! to @TheLescar this Wednesday 5th Oct. The wonderful @bex_burch (@VulaViel) returns with @LeafcutterJohn. It's an unmissable mix; minimalist percussion meet exuberant synths. Definitely don't miss it. £10, or £7 for students, doors 8.15pm.
