A Different Kind of Professional Milestone: Publishing My Novella I've spent most of my professional life in banking, human resources, talent acquisition, and helping people navigate important chapters in their careers. Today, I'm excited to share a different chapter of my own. I've written Lisa Saves Christopher in Old San Juan, an adventure novella available on Amazon. The story follows Lisa as she navigates danger and unexpected challenges in historic Old San Juan, Puerto Rico, while trying to rescue Christopher. The inspiration behind the book is deeply personal. My wife, Lisa, has been my partner through life's challenges and adventures. She's my hero in real life, and I wanted to create a fictional world where she could be the hero on paper, too. What began as a personal writing project has grown into the Lisa Saves Christopher adventure series, with stories set in Old San Juan, Lisbon, Chacchoben, South America, and Scandinavia. Writing fiction has been an opportunity to develop a different set of skills, from storytelling and character development to learning how to bring a creative project to completion.
