U.S. allies in the Middle East "are certainly suffering the consequences of Iran seeking to punish the region for the war that was started by Israel and the United States," @dstroul told NPR's @NPRinskeep. "However, there is alignment that Iran is really the problem in the region, its nuclear program, its missile and drone program," she added.

If you want to understand the legal structures by which fraternities indemnify themselves from their members’ conduct…
It’s worth a careful listen to the NPR interview with Tucker Carlson.
He does not say Trump simply made a bad choice on Iran or ignored the risks.
Carlson asserts that Trump was *not in control.* “I don’t think he had the latitude to make this decision on his own.” 1/2
That thinking - that Israelis are more than influential, and actually call the tune for both US parties - leads to charges of antisemitism that Carlson denies. But watch for yourself: 2/2

On NPR’s Newsmakers, Tucker Carlson says Trump should be removed from office, and also speaks with regret about his own long career as a TV partisan.

… In our conversation, Carlson said the reason for his change was the war in Iran, and goes on to assert Democrats and Republicans are a “uniparty” controlled by hidden forces; he contends the war was directed by Israel.

On NPR, @USAmbUN Mike Waltz offers support for Trump talking of Iran’s nuclear annihilation.
Sometimes the person silencing you is you.
That was true in “Woke 1” for many progressives and true in Trump 2 for many conservatives.
