😬 Borrowing money between family and friends is so awkward, tensioned-filled and infrequent, which makes it unpredictable. For us at @PariFinance, it’s not just about making it more ‘comfortable’ or easier to ‘track and manage’ — anyone can do that. 🙄 It’s about making the practice of it commonplace. 🚀 It’s not about making it ‘manageable’ or ‘easier’ 🤷🏻‍♂️ It’s about making it so normal that it’s the preferred option. 🤝

Had a team meeting last week about our hiring philosophy and how we can build culture here. We agreed that the goal for hiring at @PariFinance is to increase the collective IQ AND collective integrity/character of the team. Very cool to have a team that unanimously believes character is as equally important as intelligence.
