I have spent the day alternating between phones calls with lawyers, insurers, other lawyers, other insurers and it will continue for some time yet.

What a week, and it’s only Wednesday. Sheesh.

Grok Bot is an admin life changer. A number of bots now set up summarising daily tasks, calling out emails, even confirming train times for my commute including calling out delays.
