Myst Dingo isn't forgotten, he was my husband and I wake up every day to his memory. His family remembers him, when I talk with his mom almost daily we both remember him. To think anything different is disregarding the family who still feels this loss immensely.

This isn’t an excuse for my poor communication, I’ve sat down with a few customers over the last week or two and discussed customer service issues and where I am dropping the ball. I am going to try to be much more in touch communication wise and am looking into an assistant to help me with customers and communication.
