An AI policy isn’t the finish line—it’s the starting line.
Responsible adoption requires governance that works in practice: evaluating tools, assigning responsibilities, training employees, testing accuracy, and monitoring risk.
Good governance shouldn’t slow innovation.
It creates the conditions for responsible, measurable AI adoption—and helps reduce the risk of “shadow AI” when guidance doesn’t reflect how employees actually work.
