For the first time since 2004, Newport Harbor is an outright league champion in football, as they win the Epsilon League. Congratulations Sailors! And hopefully for their sake, they’ve got some more winning where that came from.

THIS.
Marina has to take care of business tonight against Kennedy and hope the odds are in their favor.
Iota League madness: if Marina beats Kennedy, there is a 3-way tie for 3rd place with Marina, Pacifica and Laguna Hills. They have all beaten each other. Would be a coin flip. One of them may be in danger of missing playoffs as at-large @SteveFryer @latsondheimer @SGVWhitSports
That means Corona Del Mar has to beat La Habra tomorrow to lock up third place in the Bravo League. Even if CDM and Villa Park were to both win to create a 3-way tie for 2nd place at 3-2, Capo has the head-to-head tiebreakers over CDM and Villa Park, and CDM has the head-to-head tiebreaker over Villa Park, meaning Capo would be 2nd and CDM would be 3rd.
Unless I’m missing something.
What a season @FVBaronFootball has had. Outright league champions and lots of momentum going into the playoffs. Mitch Olson for Orange County football Coach of the Year?
