Tomorrow's 1230pm Timing Sparring class (4/5/19) will be cancelled.
Starting next Friday, April 12th, we will be replacing Timing Sparring with Combat No-Gi JiuJitsu at the
same start time of 1230pm.
Proper No-Gi attire + MMA gloves required.
