Whew, made it!
This is as political as I get this week. We survived another summer without the U.S. Congress making #DaylightSavingTime year-round. It failed before. It'll fail again. But the obsession...
(2/2) I prefer #StandardTime, but can we just go back to 6 months on, 6 months off? We're adults and can turn the few clocks left that don't update automatically. Perm DST would be disastrous. Year-round standard time would be kind to your circadian rhythm, but I won't push it.

Three cheers for the Chicago #WhiteSox on a @Royals 2014-15-type run into the playoffs. I hope they’re back for a good long time and am particularly happy for former Royal, GM #ChrisGetz, and front office guy Jin Wong and family. ⚾️

This happened in Sept, but I didn't get it posted until the great month of Oct. Any time is a great time to volunteer to serve families at @rmh_kc, a place near to my family's heart and #NationalBeef's family.
Frankly, the STEAK fajitas we made were as good as anyone's.
It wasn't such a bad @Royals year... for a bad year. A tad under .500 since the All-Star Break. Players like Caglianone and #CarterJensen were fun to watch.
