$ANT - ANTHROPIC FACES JUNK CREDIT RATING RISK DESPITE PLANNED MEGA-IPO
Blackstone has warned investors that Anthropic may receive a below-investment-grade credit rating following its IPO, reversing earlier expectations, according to the Financial Times.
The AI company is reportedly expected to receive a BB-range rating, potentially raising borrowing costs and limiting access to institutional capital.
Anthropic plans to spend over $800 billion on computing infrastructure through 2045, while its $63 billion Project North Star financing relies heavily on guarantees from investment-grade-rated Broadcom.
The company reportedly holds over $112 billion in cash and could raise another $100 billion through its IPO.

Bought some ethereum:native calls on @DeriveXYZ . Small risk big upside. Thanks to @CastilloTrading for the intro to the platform.
$ETH has equal lows sitting around $2,294.
Ideal setup: sweep those lows, print a bullish BOS, then reclaim and hold VAL around $2,305.
That would set up a move back through value toward the flat candle liquidity near $2,372 at minimum.
TBH I don't hate these responses.
Seen a few posts claiming TXFlow is a Hyperliquid fork. Here’s exactly what we did and didn’t do:
Bridge(10%): Yes. We use Hyperliquid’s bridge contract. It’s held billions in user funds and has been battle-tested in production for years. We weren’t going to re-invent custody code when a proven contract already exists.
API(3%): Yes, by design. Our API mirrors Hyperliquid’s so builders already integrated there can plug into TXFlow with minimal changes. That’s a compatibility decision, not a copy of their system.
Core(80%): No. Hyperliquid’s consensus and matching engine are closed-source. There is nothing to fork. Our consensus layer and trading engine are built in-house from the ground up.
Happy to go deeper on any of this.
