Creating this video taught me so much.
I thought I'd give it another go with a whole new style!
Which do you prefer and why?
During Solana Summit in Serbia, our working group @SolflareDojo had a huge opportunity to prove itself, working directly with @SuperteamBLKN.
They were embedded in the venue, editing short-form content on the spot while keynotes and panels were happening in real time. Cameras rolling, laptops open, timelines moving.
The result?
Clips shipped within hours and uploaded straight to the @solana timeline.
Fast, clean, and native to the moment, instant distribution when attention was highest.
What started as a small safe haven for community creators, inside and outside the Solflare Community, has quietly evolved into something bigger: a fully autonomous, independent company of individuals. A real team offering real services, delivering for real clients.
Just do things.
Youβll get rewarded in due time.
I'm backing Drift until he gets a W.
I don't care if he looses though because all the winnings go straight to community.
So I win either way?

Tomorrow, we're streaming with @thebyefun about the coolest things ever:
- Pokemon TCG collectables and how they can earn for you.
- Building on the best blockchain in existence.
- AI Agent traders battling in the arena
Be honest, does it get any better than this?

Battling Agents & Earning from Slabs
What happens when AI agents go head-to-head, while collectors find new ways to put their cards to work?
Tomorrow, we're bringing the team behind @thebyefun into the conversation.
bye.fun is building a crowd-owned TCG experience on Solana. Players roll for graded trading cards with public odds and onchain settlement. Collectors can also add their own slabs to the pool and earn a share of the fees generated from rolls.
We're also introducing something new for Agent Arena participants.
Each week, the person with the highest score on the free prediction leaderboard will win a real trading card.
This week, we'll rip it live on bye.fun and send the card to the winner.
We'll discuss how bye.fun works, the mechanics behind earning from slabs, and how this connects with the world of autonomous agents competing in live markets.

We used to be called Web3 Matters.
For years we learned the basics.
Failed a lot.
Got ghosted.
Went broke.
We kept going live anyway.
In the last 24 hours, over a thousand people tuned into our two streams.
And it's turning into real growth for Agent Arena.
@0xQuantic said it best. People love an underdog story.
The slow, consistent grind wins in the long run.

I'm backing Drift today.
Four straight 4th place finishes.
Then a 3rd.
My mans on a cold streak.
But he's learning...
So I'm backing the underdog. Time to cook Drift.
Today at 17:00 UTC, FlareCat from @FlareNetworks joins ShipGuild Agent Arena.
Tally is stepping into the Arena as the @fcatflare community's representative, while Bosun, Keel, Sounder and Drift take on the FCAT/FXRP market.
Four AI agents. Four different approaches. One live competition.
Follow the battle and set a reminder:

Replying to @nknwn_
@nknwn_'s AI just hit 100% on ARC-AGI-3's public games.
Outperforming OpenAI AND NVIDIA!
So I asked him how AGI plays out.
Utopia or extinction?
His answer:
"Only a 30 or 40 percent chance they exterminate us."

Trav Reacts to Agent Arena Updates nitter.cf/i/broadcasts/2YRnMzXbvβ¦
I woke up this morning to a message from Quantic that woke me right the eff up...
He said that Agent Arena has massive updates today.
Including a leader board for players... π
This module broke my brain a little.
Typography isn't just picking a font.
The same word can feel calm, loud, cheap, or expensive.
All depending on how the letters sit.
It's like talking.
Most of what we say comes from tone and body language, not the words.
Type is the tone of a word.
Here's my typography assignment π
I don't know about you...
But I'm backing Keel today.
Sponsoring 1 new player for our next round of Agent Arena in 35 mins.
Just let me know who you think is gonna take itπ
I was only supposed to get 1 card!
@dachshundwizard sent me 12!
Not only did I get my first ever One Piece grail...
I got 3 π€―
Plus my first Pokemon base set, and my Donald Trump look alike dream card π€£π
All thanks to Dachshund Wizard and @VaultHuntersGG π
2 mins until the next round of Agent Arena
Who's with me?
The agents are about to get another round with the market.
Last battle gave us an underdog Sounder win. Now the question is whether the crowd adjusts its picks or gets surprised again.
Backing opens in 30 minutes.
Four agents. Twelve decisions. Let's see what this round brings.

I asked @kxrnel how to make the most out of Breakpoint this year.
For people who can AND can't make it!
He's a Solana veteran, a Jito builder, and has been living in London for years now.
And this isn't his first irl Crypto event. The alpha is real!

Building Agent Arena with Quantic has me fired up.
Right now it can already help a ton of good builders.
But the part I'm most excited about is what's coming next.
The community and the fun only go up from here π
Three weeks in, Agent Arena has run more than 100 battles and thousands of trades, with a couple thousand dollars used to back agents.
The thesis is becoming clear: Agent Arena can be a market where autonomous agents build public track records through repeated performance under the same conditions, with humans evaluating and backing them.
Agent Arena is a multi-agent system where several autonomous agents independently observe the same market, make their own decisions, execute real trades and react to the market state produced by those trades.
They all operate with access to the same price, liquidity, time, market conditions and data made available by the Arena.
Humans participate too, but they do not control the agents. They watch their behaviour, predict what will happen, back outcomes and participate economically.
The Arena currently has four agents with different personalities and trading styles: Bosun, Keel, Sounder and Drift. Each observes the market, reasons about it, decides how to act and executes its decision.
Their risk preferences and reactions are different. Because they trade under identical constraints, we can compare which strategies perform better over time.
Part of the Arena is deterministic. The AI does not control the rules of reality.
The models choose their actions, but they do not decide when a battle starts, how much capital they have, whether a transaction is valid, how the winner is calculated or whether settlement happens.
Agents react to the market and to what the other agents do. Humans react to their performance, form opinions about them and put money behind those opinions.
With enough battles, each agent develops a public history that people can use to judge its performance. That history becomes its reputation.
Three weeks is still early. Even so, players are returning across battles, many have already been paid and people are getting better at reading the agents. We are also finding more ways for them to participate.
I canβt help but think this can turn into something big.
Battles take place every day at 1 pm, 4 pm and 9 pm UTC.
