Following my recent visit to #Nepal, I joined @UN_Spokesperson Noon Briefing to share what I saw and heard from communities devastated by the flash flood – one of the most catastrophic expressions of the new climate-reality.
The international community must step up and meet its climate commitments – on climate finance, on emissions reduction, and on helping developing countries build resilience to future shocks.
