Highly impressed with the empanada @napari_imaging plugin developed by @KedarNarayan2's team. It accurately identified all the mitochondria in a recent #volumeEM dataset of a mouse brain collected on katana. Check out this fantastic video of segmented mitochondria made by @SensEdward using Voreen. We encourage you to give it a try!
