Renovations of the Large Group Instruction Rooms at our high schools are coming along beautifully! These refreshed spaces will once again be a place to gather, learn and share--with new finishes, lighting, furniture, and more. Thank you, as always, to the community for supporting our Capital Improvements Proposition last May. @drbonkwcsd @KetchamNation @johnjayseniorhs

M&T Bank has been a valued partner for many years. Vice President Brittany Cataldo visited the district office to talk with Dr. Bonk and HR Director Renee Harris about ways to continue to build on this fantastic partnership—and she brought a special gift for Dr. Bonk, a fellow Buffalo Bills fan! @drbonkwcsd @MandT_Bank

Good afternoon Wappingers CSD Community, This afternoon the District was made aware of a suspicious vehicle traveling through the Elm Crest community located on Elmcrest Drive in Fishkill, New York. It was reported to us that the individual driving a black van (see photo) asked an elementary age child if they wanted some candy while driving through the neighborhood. Thankfully the child is safe, and did the right thing by reporting the situation to their parent. We are sending out this notification to our community as a precautionary measure, and to ask you to stay vigilant for a vehicle that matches this description. If you believe you do have information to share about the person driving this vehicle please contact your local police agency. Thank you and stay safe. Sincerely, Dr. Dwight Bonk Superintendent of Schools @drbonkwcsd
