Six people are confirmed to have died in the Krakow attack earlier today, with one being a British citizen.

Every ethnicity is a lineage. You have to have English ancestry to be English.
Using "white" as a proxy is a disingenuous sleight of hand to muddle the waters by lowering the resolution of analysis.

I say no.
My St. George’s Bill that I’m putting forward in Parliament on Tuesday will settle this question, once and for all.
Let’s let non-White people identify as ethnically English in the census.
