Most leverage is built for traders
2Factor is asking a different question:
What if leverage was designed for people who want to hold Bitcoin for years?
Traditional leverage comes with two major problems: financing drag and liquidation risk.
The higher the leverage, the harder volatility compounds against you. With Bitcoin, the productive band closes much sooner than the usual 2x or 3x products suggest.
That’s where @2FactorFinance takes a different approach.
Instead of sourcing leverage primarily from short side capital, 2Factor separates Bitcoin exposure into two perpetual tranches:
BTC-Sr → yield-bearing senior capital
BTC-Jr → leveraged junior exposure
The key is the relationship between them.
Senior capital provides the funding, while Junior capital takes the first loss volatility.
This allows the system to target a more moderate 1.33x BTC exposure rather than pushing leverage into the range where volatility drag becomes destructive.
And the interesting part is what happens during a drawdown.
BTC-Jr isn’t designed around a liquidation threshold.
If the leveraged Junior component is depleted, the remaining raw cbBTC stays in the position and the effective leverage compresses toward 1x.
In other words:
Leverage can decrease.
The position doesn't have to disappear.
That distinction matters for buy-and-hold capital.
2Factor is essentially exploring whether leverage can be made durable enough to hold through entire market cycles, rather than something you constantly have to manage around liquidation.
Bitcoin is the first implementation.
The bigger idea is durable leverage.

Public blockchains solved transparency.
They didn’t solve institutional adoption. 🏦
The reason is simple: institutions can’t broadcast their positions, strategies, or balance sizes to the entire market. At the same time, regulators, counterparties, and auditors still need proof that the numbers are real.
Pure privacy (hiding everything) doesn’t work.
Pure transparency (showing everything) doesn’t work either.
That’s the gap Primus is building for. 🔐
Primus is a verification + privacy layer that plugs into existing chains (including BNB Chain) using two technologies:
zkTLS lets you cryptographically prove that data from a website or API is authentic (bank balances, reserves, activity, identity credentials, etc.) without revealing the underlying data or credentials.
FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption) lets systems compute directly on encrypted data. Balances, transfer amounts, and positions stay encrypted the entire time. Only authorized parties can decrypt results when needed.
This combination is what makes confidential finance practical. ✅
A clear example is the Primus Confidential Vault live on BNB Chain. Users can shield stablecoins into encrypted versions, transfer them privately, and deposit them into yield strategies — without exposing individual position sizes on-chain.
The aggregate batch is visible for integrity, but each user’s share stays confidential.
Privacy where necessary.
Verification where it counts.
No new chain required. ⛓️
If you want to see how the verification side works in practice, Primus XP lets you earn points by proving real activity (social accounts, AI tool usage, GitHub contributions, exchange activity, etc.) using zkTLS.
The raw data never leaves your control — only the cryptographic proof does.
my uncle wrote his seed phrase on a napkin at applebee's in 2017.
he left with a full stomach. the napkin left with someone else.
we don't discuss what happened next. 💀
anyway, @dopexyz never asks for your seed phrase.

I copied a friend's price and lost three weeks of my money.
Identical sneakers, $40 apiece, $55 target. His sold in two days. He held the size everybody wants; mine was the one nobody requests. I rejected $45 offers out of pride, then took $42 after transport.
One figure, two situations.
Enter @2FactorFinance. On Base, working with Coinbase, it brings Kelly-optimized leverage onchain and hands tokenized stocks a structure they lacked. No single multiple for everything: each asset gets the one its own behavior supports, Bitcoin about 1.33x, equities far beyond 3x. One side is cushioned; the other takes the swings, never liquidated.
Season 1 of the Points Program rewards doing, not paying:
• sharing posts
• learning the mechanism
• bringing friends in
Deposits and holdings count for nothing. Anything collected has no cash value, can't be sent anywhere and gives no claim on any token. When the leaderboard freezes at launch, the top ten split 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC.

Not every project needs to make noise every day to get my attention.
For me, what matters is whether there’s actually something behind the idea and whether the team can deliver on what they’re building.
That’s one reason I’m keeping an eye on @projectspherexy.
The vision is ambitious, especially with the whole idea of building toward Kardashev Type II. But having a big vision is one thing. Turning it into something real is a different story.
I want to see how the project develops, what the team delivers and how people will actually get involved as things move forward.
I like the idea, but I’m more interested in seeing the work behind it.
There’s still a lot to prove, and that’s what makes the next stage worth watching.

Another day to talk about Primus 😎
Primus raised 6.5M in Seed rounding and are bringing zkTLS to the space.
This will be very useful as we can't verify what we see in a screenshot.
A screenshot can show you something. But how do you know it's real?
Imagine someone showing an app a screenshot of their exchange balance or proof that they completed a task.
The image might look convincing, but it could have been edited. The app also can't easily confirm where the information came from.
This is one problem zkTLS helps address.
When you access a website, your browser establishes a secure connection with that website. zkTLS uses this connection to help create cryptographic proof of information received from the site.
With @primus_labs, that proof can be used to help an application verify specific information without requiring the user to reveal all the original data.
This matters because Web3 applications often need information from outside the blockchain to make decisions.
Primus Labs is helping connect web data to blockchain applications in a way that makes information verifiable while protecting privacy.
A screenshot asks people to trust what they see. Cryptographic proofs offer a way to check the information behind the claim.
The more reason why I will encourage you to check on Primus Labs and get first hand experience.

I don't think institutional finance needs another blockchain.
Privacy infrastructure becomes much more interesting when you don't have to abandon the infrastructure people already use.
Instead, it needs better privacy on the blockchains that already exists.
That's what makes confidential finance interesting to me.
You could have public addresses and transparent infrastructure, while the actual financial amounts and sensitive calculations aren't exposed for everyone to inspect.
Rather than saying institutions need to migrate everything to a new privacy-focused chain, Primus is building around existing networks, including BNB Chain.
@primus_labs is taking this approach with encrypted computation rather than simply moving activity into a separate private environment.
And that creates an interesting middle ground:
Public enough to interact with existing markets.
Private enough to protect the information that shouldn't become market intelligence.
That's a much more nuanced version of "privacy" than most crypto conversations give it credit for.
I've been exploring the ecosystem through the Primus XP campaign:

Good night fam
As the day winds down, one thing I keep watching with @RebateLaunch is how the system performs beyond the initial hype.
$REBATE connects buying bonuses, holder rewards in USDG and activity from tokens launched on Rebate Pad.
The early numbers are interesting but long term sustainability is what will make the real difference.
I will keep watching the activity reward distribution, and how the model holds up as more people join.
Slow progress, real data, and consistent building matter.
Sleep well everyone 💤

Transferable ITLG and non-transferable vITLG serve different roles. Here's the distinction:👇
@inter_link describes a Vault mechanism that lets users stake $ITLG and receive vITLG.
Understanding the difference is important if you're following the upcoming Mainnet transition.
What is $ITLG in this announcement?
$ITLG received during the current round is described as transferable. The announcement also says users will be able to use it within the ecosystem.
What happens when you stake ITLG in the Vault?
According to the announcement, users can stake ITLG in the Vault and upgrade it to non-transferable vITLG, with annual Vault rewards.
The process can be summarized as:
Transferable ITLG → Stake in the Vault → Receive non-transferable vITLG → Earn annual Vault rewards.
But what does that distinction mean?
🔹 Transferable $ITLG: The announcement identifies this as the transferable token users will receive during this round.
🔹 Non-transferable vITLG: This is the token described as the result of staking ITLG in the Vault.
🔹 Annual Vault rewards: The announcement identifies these as a benefit of the Vault mechanism, although it doesn't specify the reward rate or detailed terms.
Before participating, users should review the official Vault rules, including any lock-up conditions, reward calculations, withdrawal arrangements, and associated risks.
Those details shouldn't be assumed without confirmation.
My take: the important thing is understanding what you're committing to before staking, rather than focusing only on the advertised rewards.
Would you prefer to keep your ITLG transferable for ecosystem use or explore the Vault once the official terms are available?

Creator Round 1 opened with a $2,000 USDG pool and 200 Founder Fleet mint spots. Anyone can enter by posting about Nexaria on X and submitting the link. The board scores the work itself, so smaller accounts are not automatically locked out.
A thread 🧵
1/
The Founder Fleet is 1,111 ships across the five classes, set for a free mint on Robinhood Chain. These spots are not given out. They are earned by people who show up, post, and bring others in during this round. The hulls that appear in the renders are the ones that already fly in the current build.
2/
You can submit a short video, a thread, artwork, a meme, or a gameplay clip. The only hard requirements are that it is about Nexaria and that you tag the account. Up to three posts a day count, and your best three are scored. Waitlist posts alone do not enter the round.
3/
Scoring looks at the post rather than the account size. New entries are checked within half an hour and reach is updated every six hours. A prize or a mint spot needs at least 40 points. The leaderboard is public on the creators page so you can see where you stand as the round progresses.
4/
The referral link that comes with your submission also tracks pilots who join through you and reach level 10. That activity feeds the same board. It is one of the few ways a post can keep scoring after the initial likes and replies settle.
5/
The round closes in the middle of November. Early entries have more time to accumulate points before the board fills. Payouts for the USDG are planned from a public wallet within 72 hours of the public launch, sent to the wallet linked to your callsign.
6/
If you have been meaning to make something about the game anyway, this is the window where that work can also put you in line for a Founder Fleet spot. The creators page is where you submit and check the board.
