Started in Web3 in 2021 as a moderator.
Back then, I was honestly just trying to figure out how this space worked.
Fast forward, I've worked across 100+ Web3 projects as a MOD/CM, learning community building, marketing, partnerships, launches, and everything that comes with building in this space.
But at some point, I didn't want to just be the guy managing communities.
I wanted to understand why projects grow, how they acquire users, how partnerships actually happen, and how you turn a good idea into an actual business.
Joining @ankhlabs changed the game for me.
Instead of staying comfortable in one role, I started taking on different responsibilities, learning project management, growth, BD, outreach and the business side of Web3.
And that's what eventually led me here.
Today, I'm taking a bigger role in building AnkhLabs, working across growth, partnerships and business development.
Still learning. Still experimenting. Still spending way too much time on CT.
But looking back, it's kinda crazy.
Started as a moderator. Now building on the other side of the table.
And honestly, I feel like I'm just getting started. 🫡
If you’re building in Web3 and think you’d be a good fit for AnkhLabs, let me know below what you could bring to the table and how you think you could add value.
Always open to connecting with people who are hungry to build, learn and grow together.

binance 14 just pulled off the most suspicious wallet migration of all time
the gas wallet deployed a fresh contract about 4 and a half hours earlier, turned binance 14 into a 7702 smart account at 20:20 utc and drained it 4 minutes later
that 780m usdc transfer people said didn't complete actually landed at 20:41. then the receiver started dumping 325m usdt into eth on dexes and parked 60m usdt on aave to borrow eth against it
tether froze the receiver at 21:01 and circle at 21:05, so about $1.8b is stuck. the other ~$1.6b in eth, alts and usdt that slipped out before the freeze can still move
i've never seen an internal migration that ends with an aave loan and a tether freeze

if you ever plan on starting your community management journey in web3, you need to get familiar with these tools
because deleting scam links all day isn't a skill set anymore lmao
projects want people who know how to run the whole server.

if your company paid you in stablecoins onchain, your coworkers could find your salary in like 30 seconds
it's the same wallet on the same day every month with the same amount, so it's not hard to piece together
this is the boring reason a lot of real businesses still won't run payments onchain. every transfer is a public leak
@primus_labs and @allscaleio actually tested a fix on bnb chain in september. it was a small run with 4 fictional employees and sample salaries
primus encrypted each salary amount before it hit the contract, the payments still settled onchain like normal, and each employee signed with their wallet to see their own pay with no gas
wallets, timestamps and tx hashes stayed public. only the amounts got hidden
and that's the right split imo. finance teams need a record that payment happened, but the internet doesn't need to know what bob in accounting makes
it was only 4 test payments so it's not adoption yet, but it's the best example i've seen of why institutions want privacy onchain

hey guys, we're opening our community sale. here's how allocations work:
kols got in at a $5m valuation
vcs got in at $20m
you, the community we love so much, get in at $400m, but you also get a cool nft badge that says early supporter.
we got a good tek here.
hey guys, we're announcing our airdrop. here's how this is gonna work:
> claim on TGE day and get 35% of your allocation
> vest for 12 months and get 100% of your allocation, which will be worth $0 by then, but hey, at least you got all your tokens
i can't stand these tactics deployed by dying projects trying to squeeze one last drop of liquidity out of their community before disappearing into the void.

i made 332 replies on ct in 3 days and didn't log a single one myself
the x activity tab shows you numbers, but i always wanted detailed insights on every reply in one place
so i had @bot build me a google sheet that does it all by itself
• every reply i make, grouped by day
• who i replied to and what i said
• views, likes and replies on each one
• a daily count of how many replies i did
it updates every 30 mins, so i just keep replying and the sheet fills on its own
prompt is in the replies if you want yours 👇🏻

here's the prompt you can use 👇🏻
"Make me a Google Sheet that logs every reply I make on X. Group it by day, newest day at the top, with a highlighted date row and a count of my replies at the end of each day. For each reply, log the time, the account I replied to, their post link, my reply link, my reply text, and its views, likes and replies. Fill in my replies from the last few days, then set up a routine that checks my X every 30 minutes, adds new replies and refreshes the numbers on recent ones."
