Hey founders & builders 👋
I’m RYOMEN.
What I bring to the build🕴️:
Web3 Project Manager || Growth Strategist || Community Manager || Project Advisor
I help projects identify opportunities, improve visibility, support launches, coordinate execution, and turn ideas into measurable progress.
Here’s what I work on:
• Project management & coordination
• X growth & engagement
• Growth strategy & positioning
• Outreach & partnerships
• Launch support
• Marketing operations
Over time, I’ve also built strong relationships with capable marketers and KOLs across Web3, allowing me to bring the right people into the picture when additional promotion, reach, or distribution is needed.
I work with teams that are serious about building, growing, and executing.
I bring strategy, coordination, execution, and the right relationships to the table.
Strategy. Growth. Execution.
Let’s build something worth talking about.🤝

1/ Most Solana launches go the same way: snipers buy first, the dev dumps, and holders are left with nothing. GongSol (gongsol.fun) is a fair-launch pad that removes both problems by design. 🧵

Launch your token through Aurelo and the dev fees don't go to the dev. They get locked and paid to the holders who win the game.

AnonPad is an anonymous token launchpad built on Solana, designed to let creators launch publicly without putting their main wallet or identity at the center of the project.
Instead of every launch beginning from a creator’s primary wallet, AnonPad is built around a privacy-first launch flow where the token, market, and onchain activity remain public while the creator can remain pseudonymous.
AnonPad is also building Zcash settlement into the platform, allowing eligible creator fees to eventually be routed through ZEC as an optional private payout layer.
public markets. private creators.
launch anonymously. build publicly. settle privately.
there are still tokens with real utilities.
i know the idea behind $sAGENT will interest you because we are mostly creators here.
this is an economy built around rewarding you for what you create.
all you have to do;
→join
→hold
→create
and then you earn.
The AgentOS Economy; Powered by $sAGENT.
We’re implementing an economy where people can do work, create valuable products and earn from those products within AgentOS.
$sAGENT is the token that powers this economy. Users will pay for AgentOS subscriptions with it, and creators will receive it when they sell their work directly.
Your subscription will provide Agent Credits, the compute you use to get work done on AgentOS. Compute and Agent Credits are the same allowance, not separate purchases. You subscribe, receive your allowance and use it to work.
What you create does not have to stop at a conversation or remain an output in your workspace. An App, a Skill, a movie, a picture or another genuine creation can become a product that other people access.
You can use AgentOS for your own work, build something for an audience or turn your creations into a business. Earning will not be limited to developers publishing software. Creative work belongs in this economy too.

Why are we not winning yet??
What if the most interesting part of a trading platform isn’t the leverage…
…but who gets to decide what can be traded in the first place?
That question is what made me look closer at @Hertzflow_xyz .
Built on BNB Chain, HertzFlow is exploring a permissionless approach to leveraged markets, with crypto alongside areas such as forex, commodities and equities.
What makes the model interesting is that HertzFlow isn't only changing how users trade. It is experimenting with who gets to participate in building the marketplace.
Traditional exchanges control listings and much of the surrounding liquidity structure. HertzFlow takes a more open approach, allowing supported assets to become markets without relying entirely on a central listing process.
That creates a different dynamic: market demand and participation can have a larger role in determining what develops.
The protocol also gives liquidity providers several ways to participate, including market-specific pools and broader vault strategies.
On the trading side, HertzFlow uses an RFQ-based execution model, where liquidity providers can support trades through quoted prices rather than relying entirely on a conventional order book.
The technical details matter because they shape the actual user experience.
But the bigger question is simple:
Can an exchange become more open without sacrificing usability?
Mainnet Beta is where HertzFlow gets to test that idea with actual users and activity.
Trading, liquidity provision and referrals can earn Merit, giving participants a measurable way to contribute to the ecosystem while it develops.
There are also different approaches to trading itself, including Hyper Lev, which changes the usual fee model and introduces its own conditions around higher-leverage positions.
These experiments are more interesting when you look at how they work in practice rather than just reading about them.
And that is why the 14-day Community Event makes sense.
There is enough depth in HertzFlow for the community to investigate different parts of the product instead of producing identical posts.
One person can study the permissionless market model.
Another can explore liquidity.
Someone else can test the trading experience.
Another can examine Merit and the incentive design.
There is even an AI research tool within the wider HertzFlow ecosystem, giving creators another side of the project to explore.
That variety is what makes a community useful.
The objective shouldn't be to convince everyone that HertzFlow is perfect.
It should be to understand the product, test the assumptions and share findings that other people can actually learn from.
For me, the best community content creates that moment where someone thinks:
“I didn't know HertzFlow worked like that.”
That is what I want to contribute during these 14 days.
HertzFlow is testing a different model for leveraged markets.
Mainnet provides the environment.
The community provides the questions, experiments and perspectives.
Now let's see what we can uncover.

I’ve been seeing people/crypto projects create content with no clear idea who they’re actually talking to.
Audience analysis is one of the first things a communicator should think about.
A crypto project doesn’t have one audience.
You might be communicating with users, media, employees, investors, developers, regulators, or other stakeholders.
They don’t usually have the same knowledge, needs or questions.
So you can’t take one message and expect everyone to understand it the same way.
For example, a business concept might make perfect sense to someone working in traditional business but confuse a crypto-native audience who is unfamiliar with the terminology.
The communicator’s job isn’t simply to transmit information.
It’s to translate the information for the audience that needs to understand it.
That’s why audience analysis matters.
That is substantially stronger than a generic “5 tips for better crypto content” post because you’re documenting an actual concept you’re learning and applying it to the industry you’re studying.
And I would keep your phrase who exactly are they speaking to?
Because it can become a recurring diagnostic question in your communications content.

I’ve sent the $CAMEL team a DM outlining a few community and growth ideas tailored to the project’s camel-and-desert identity. When you have a moment, please take a look, I’d welcome your perspective.
