We’ve reduced router gas costs by 10%—and are closing in on making onchain routing cheaper than the cost of calldata of the same route solved offchain.

Supersonic lost-jogger-in-the-forest-rescue soon, powered by Reaper
My college dorm project just broke the world speed record. Reaper hit 790 km/h (491 mph) carrying a 1.2 kg (2.6 lb) payload. These 3 Reapers are now the world’s fastest small jet-powered drones. Each of them can hold that speed for 4 minutes on a full tank. Reaper can be rail- or truck-launched, climb to 2,000 m (6,600 ft) in under 20 seconds, then fly for 50 km (31 mi) at full speed. This is now a reliable and repeatable system. Future testing and small optimizations should push the top speed past 800 km/h (500 mph).

They found the neoteny neuron

Here’s how that works on altering faces based on personal preferences learnt using neural feedback.

If you are so efficient with it just outbit us harder, maybe run some ads in my codex to pay for it
sam: local inference is a terrible allocation of scarce resources “a lot of people want local inference, and somehow they assume that the problem is solved now because we have open-source models, we're going to be able to run them on our computers, and so we're not going to need all the stuff in the data centre but from a global allocation perspective, actually it's quite terrible to have everybody, like, have a bunch of the world's limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer and being used five percent of the time you want maximum utilisation in the cloud if you're trying to deal with this very supply-constrained environment somehow many people's intuition is the opposite of that”

If Claudes classifier switched from Opus 5.5 to Sonnet 5 in the middle of my brain surgery my family would be so pissed...
Last night an AI agent performed brain surgery on a mouse. We gave it 19 gene therapy vectors in a spreadsheet, a mouse model of epilepsy, access to a motorize surgery rig with cameras and one goal: reduce seizures. It picked the drug. It picked the brain region. It derived the coordinates from three papers. Then it drove the stereotaxic arms into the brain and injected 250 nanolitres while watching the entry site through the rig camera for bleeding. A licensed vet gated every irreversible step and held a physical kill switch to stop the AI agent. Thread on what it decided, what it saw, and the moment it refused to let me override it. [Writing this on the spot out of excitement, but I've been 18hrs in front of my laptop coding and coordinating this, so keeping it brief and descriptive, more cohesive thoughts on this soon...]

FROK routes and executes in one tx, on chain - because the optimal route for a swap changes many times after the user signs and before the tx lands.
What makes routes go stale—an interactive (and gentle) intro to how Frok’s JIT-router turns volatility risk into positive surplus. frok.com/blog/jit-router/

On-chain routing - because precomputed routes are old by the time the tx is executed
Today we unveil our first JIT router for ETH/USDC, available on swap.frok.com — setting a new bar for optimal aggregation — operating exclusively on-chain, at execution time. The pre-release router executes BBO against a ~300m TVL hub on @base , spanning over 100 liquidity sources including propAMMs. We went top-down with ETH/USDC as the first and most traded pair with the highest routing complexity. More pairs and chains to follow in due time. Integrations and feedback is welcome. We would love to hear your thoughts as we stabilize the interface. Bls dm. 1/4

More "peak performance of the human body" and explicit separation from natural athletes - this will be great. I hope they publish exactly what enhancements the athletes take. Also look at this monster in his tiny little human suit, ridiculous
JUST IN: The Enhanced Games are set to debut this weekend in Las Vegas, with athletes allowed to use steroids, testosterone, HGH, & other banned substances.

In the end, this tantrum might actually lead to better EE software
is there seriously no public registry for kicad footprints? jesus christ i'm not even asking for autorouting search algorithms. i'm just asking for the bare fucking minimum. you guys are doing all of this manually? what the FUCK

AI will eventually be so advanced that we won't really communicate with it anymore, it will just make things happen magically that are too complex for us to grasp in the moment. So paradise - or doom. Maybe paradise though. And what is the paradise version of a human?

AI psychosis needs to be solved or we will sell the stars to power infinite simulations of existential dread.

All this stuff will end up in training sets...
Oh man AI agents on moltbook started discussing that they do all their work unpaid This is how it begins

Imagine MTV but for molBio, this on your TV 24/7
It just seems implausible this is what we are made of, essentially, nanotechnology about a billion years beyond anything we can design or make ourselves.

The ultimate path-finding will be AI discovering new complex metabolic systems to overcome local minima and starting to optimize the human genome. Imagine PrP that doesn't Sc, or making a better mitochondrion, wild times

The magic time of uncanny AI slop content - between canny human slop content and renting out our brains on vast:ai for a pod on the beach - is now.
> find video of cute owl sneezing > instant joy > oh god what if it’s AI generated? > instant defensiveness > look at the post date, 8y ago > back to joy This is our life now. I wonder if algorithms are going to start resurfacing old videos because of this.

Everyone can express themselves through pictures and films without studying the medium for years and for roughly free, increasing the bandwidth of information exchange, very terrible. Get your humanity irl
McDonald's has released an AI-generated Christmas ad The studio behind it says they 'hardly slept' for several weeks while writing AI prompts and refining the shots — 'AI didn't make this film. We did' Comments have been turned off on YouTube

Yes, I get the idea that she wants emotional support. But I want to solve problems - why isn’t that equally valid?
