Honestly Will, I don't know. I don't even know what an integrity check is. Does he buy his round when it's his turn? Did he pay back a fiver he borrowed off his mate when he was 16? Does he routinely cheat on his Mrs?
I don't know. Would ANY of us pass this "integrity check"?
In that case you must surely vote NO, and in my view you are 100% entitled to your opinion 👍.
Hopefully if the result is a NO then somebody else comes up with an alternative solution pretty sharpish.

Please remember the DTB have no experience of running a football club outside AFC wimbledon. Only Graeme appears to have any experience of M&A. Do I want to sell absolutely. Do I think the board have the expertise to get the best deal for the clubs future, absolutely not.

Totally.

I get people's concern and emotions are running high. Why do we elect the DTB ,if clearly quite a few are doubting their ability to have carried out vetting and integrity checks . Some of the posts are bordering on hysteria. It's a Yes from me
Ah well then we disagree (on the going bust thing) mate. We WILL go bust eventually if we don't team up with someone IMHO

Fortunately I don’t need to provide an alternative. But I don’t believe that if we reject this particular offer then we go bust. We shouldn’t be forced to accept a ‘bad’ offer, by assuming that there isn’t any alternative…
Your alternative mate?

Despite all the information that has come to light since the ‘investors’ were unveiled?
That’s very trusting of you, Mick…
I have no interest in where it comes from, precisely because we have elected a bunch of VERY switched on people to ensure they HAVEN'T robbed their Granny.
THEY say the deal & money are good, that'll do for me.

Yes, we need money Mick, but do you have no interest in where it comes from? If someone robbed a granny of her life savings and then offered it to us, would you accept it?
Sadly, the issue isn’t as straightforward as you make out IMO.

Exactly how I see it. I don't understand all the financial stuff anyways so I'm more than happy to trust those that do.

What I don’t understand about some people and the vote is that we elected the Directors of the DTB, they have done due diligence on the bids on our behalf. Why are some people now questioning this. If they say this is the option, that’s good enough for me. We have to move on

I don't mind mind people referencing the fact that I've only followed the club for five minutes mate, I hardly keep my glory hunting bandwagon jumping a secret after all. I don't agree tho that there is some sort of "divide" based on whether fans are new or old.

I don’t like the comments about being around back in 2002.
We have new fans now and they are just as important as legacy fans.
Without them this club would never have grown to the size it is now.
I remember going to Anfield as one of 70 away fans.
I don't know about the "those of us who were around" divide Jane, plenty who WERE around have voted yes. As for the other bids, I trust that we've looked into all & concluded this is the best one.

I’m not convinced. Something about this deal does not feel right. Would also like to know more about the other deals that were on the table, like Robbie Earle’s group. I mean, if necessary, I would rather have less money injected, but by people who have an emotional connection with the club. And felt the same pain as those of us who were wombles when our club was ripped from us.
I like an analogy. We're like a big ship with a gaping hole in the side, we ARE going to sink & everyone knows it. Fortunately, the guys we elected to be "hole fixers" have suggested a solution. Now, we can either get on & fix the hole or we can debate it for months & sink.

Apologies Mike I didn't realise you'd said it BEFORE last night 👍

Firstly this post was made before the game. Secondly I don’t want to slag Sasu, but Jesus his stats make it hard not to. Also we tried him at striker and he was bloody awful. The occasional 6/10 surrounded by 3s and 4s doesn’t mean he’s done well.
He very nearly ruined it last night by providing the assist for Stockley hitting the bar. He was also our best player. Not bad for a right footed kid who's a striker playing left wing back.
I find some of the discourse about this lad odd. You watch that & want to slag Sasu?
Can Sasu make it to 100 professional games without a goal contribution? #afcw
How can people be THIS stupid? He literally said "the son of a man who failed his 11+", ie his Dad. This isn't even one of those tricky, "Your Mums sisters Dad's half cousin, what are they to you?" pub quiz questions, it's just normal English.
Wow.
