Allan Saint-Maximin is indeed training with @CharlotteFC this morning, as is Brandt Bronico. Still no Will Cleary (illness) or Tim Ream (sore Achilles)

In the first half of tonight’s match, @CharlotteFC's Kristijan Kahlina became the first goalkeeper in more than two decades to record at least 150 saves in a single @MLS regular season, marking just the seventh such season in league history and the first since Joe Cannon in 2004.

With their 4-0 win tonight, @CharlotteFC reached 50 points for the third consecutive season, joining Inter Miami CF as the only @MLS clubs to accomplish the feat in each season from 2024 to 2026.

Big chances, low percentage chances, xg (a stupid stat), it doesn't matter. 9 goals allowed last 3 games. Hoping Dean and the boys can ramp up the pressure. Big game Wednesday! LFGet after it!!!! #forthecrown
Dean Smith: "Out of all the shots that have been against us in these last three away games not many have been big chances"
Smith discusses some of the defensive issues Charlotte FC struggled with during their most recent road stretch.
He highlighted that overall he didn't feel like they gave away too many big chances and while the number of shots have been up the concern was minimal and there are specific fundamentals they can clean up to right the ship for the final stretch.

Abdoulaye Doucouré says he definitely sees @CharlotteFC as more than a 2-3 month move, wants to enjoy his football again and earn a second contract.
He said he feels he can give 15-20 mins on Wednesday, Dean Smith said he might try to push that number a little higher.
Idan Toklomati
🔥 5 goals and 2 assists in his last 4 matches
⚽ Goals in 4 consecutive matches
🏆 14 goals this season : NEW Charlotte FC single-season record
📈 25 career MLS goals: tied for 2nd in club history
👑3 goals away from tying Swiderski as all-time leading scorer.
Lack of pressure, pressing & aggression are the issues. 170 shots against in 9 matches is insane. Offense is not the problem. Already tied last years goal total & beat 2024's. It's sitting off too deep up the field, not pressuring the ball in mid & sagging too much defensively
Sept/October: 3-3-3 (W-D-L)
Shots against in 9 games: 170 shots!!!! (avg.18.8 a game)
5 clean sheets all year. 13 in 2025, 12 in 2024.
2nd to last in fouls committed
1st in goals allowed outside the box
5 goals allowed after the 89th minute- dropped 6 points from those goals.
