They built it: PGP, anonymous remailers, digital cash. In Hughes’ words, “Cypherpunks write code.” Zcash continued what they started: money that stays private by design. Today the name lives on in Cypherpunk Technologies ($CYPH), which holds the largest public Zcash treasury. Security + server update on 1993.forum We now run on two servers. One holds accounts, rules and payments. Our own live server delivers every message. It keeps no logs and no IP addresses. It’s faster too: each message is sent once, straight to everyone in the room, instead of every browser asking over and over. Private rooms and DMs are end-to-end encrypted. Our servers only ever store scrambled text we can’t read. We never hold your wallet keys. Connecting a wallet only shares its public address, and every payment is signed in your own wallet.
