Sounding the alarm🚨 Our Crime Prevention safety alert campaign continues on the Upper East Side. Our Auxiliary Officers are out warning older adults about scams at bank ATMs! If anyone approaches you to offer help while at an ATM, ignore them and safeguard your PIN & debit card.

SHARE THIS WITH OLDER ADULTS IN YOUR LIFE: Thieves are lurking in bank vestibules to steal from you! They distract you stating the ATM is broken or put money on the ground & claim you dropped it—while you pick it up they take/swap & use your PIN/card to withdraw your money later!

Wet shoes, full hearts.💙 19th Precinct officers were proud to run alongside thousands at Sunday's @Tunnel2Towers 5K, tracing FDNY Firefighter Stephen Siller's steps from the Battery Tunnel to the WTC in memory of those lost on 9/11. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Beautiful day in the neighborhood. Hello from Upper East Side’s Carl Schurz Park!

We were so grateful to stand side by side with our brothers & sisters of FDNY Engine 39/Ladder 16, jointly remembering all souls lost on 9/11. We thank all our community members who joined us, everyone of you holds a very special place in our hearts. #NeverForget911 🇺🇸

25 years ago tonight, nearly 3000 people, including 23 members of the NYPD, spent their final night with their families and loved ones. This evening, as the WTC Memorial “Tribute in Light” shines over NYC, our thoughts are with the families & friends of every soul lost on 9/11.

Today we salute the efforts of all working people — honoring the men and women who helped build this amazing nation and those working to keep it running! Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

🚨Scammers Pose as NYPD Officers in Video-Call Impersonation Scams: If anyone calls or video calls you posing as NYPD or law enforcement -- HANG UP!! Never provide any personal or identifying information during to ANYONE during an unsolicited phone or video call.

Today, we remember 19th Precinct Patrolman Kenneth N. Keller, who suffered a fatal heart attack 57 years ago during a stressful situation while on duty. Kenneth & his family will never be forgotten.
