🚨FISA VOTE TONIGHT! 🚨 While you are sleeping, Republicans plan to jam a bill through the House tonight allowing the Admin to spy and collect data for the next FIVE YEARS. This vote on FISA 702 language is scheduled for 2:15 am tonight. That’s right. No warrants REQUIRED. No real assurances a shady AG, FBI, or DNI director will follow the law. Just some vague language dropped in the middle of the night and a five year deal that gives Trump authority for the remainder of his Administration. I am a NO!

The Congressional Black Caucus has very serious reservations about legislation that would allow the continued oversurveillance of our communities. Congress must impose guardrails to address the many documented instances of abuse and warrantless searches of American citizens resulting from loopholes in this law.
