Hearing people: I WANT TO LEARN ASL TO TALK TO DEAF PEOPLE!!!
Hearing people: omg teach me how to cuss in ASL first
How does knowing how to sign “your mom is a hoe” help you talk to deaf people?????
Worst part of being a local for Blizzcon is having to work the next day. Was hoping a Blizzcon guest would have noticed my temporary murloc tattoos but got no comments on them 🥲
Making buttons for whoever wins MDI!!! Will personalize with winning team & player names too. Rooting for @LiquidGuild as usual but I do love a good underdog story & Big Lucky playing great!
Rooting for @LiquidGuild in MDI I’ve got my liquid shirt on and everything but as a former feral main for multiple xpacs I’m nerding out over @Maystine_ my feral icon 🥹
Hoping I can get this to him!!!
No captions at main stage @Blizzard_Ent bruh

Comparte el Gato Cucurella de la suerte porque hoy jugamos la final del mundial
Thank you @Archimtiros for the wowhead post and new display name!
My wow char is Sorvina-Area52 and I’m also the new raid leader for S2. wowhead.com/news/blizzard-to…
Update on this - they just got back to us to confirm that they would have captions but it didn’t make me feel good that we had to go to social media to get Blizz to deliver what they promised to on their website.
Hey @Blizzard_Ent I’m with Undaunted and we’ve got a diverse group coming to Blizzard. We’re a mix of ASL signers, oral deaf (deaf people who didn’t have access to ASL & rely on captioning), and a few EU folks all have tickets but we’re being told that there’s no live captioning.
Straight from the Blizzcon website as of 6:48 pm pst today where it said that we could get open captioning accommodations but despite multiple requests for open captions, they decided to go “nah ASL interpreters good enough”

This is really disappointing for a company that’s been very inclusive and have done partnerships with @UndauntedGuild. Not all deaf people use ASL and it should not be the only accommodation offered for hearing issues at Blizzcon. Please reconsider this and offer CART.
