Plenty o'wine - with minimal whining (I hope). Who knows? Maybe a few bons mots on life's other pleasures (and pains) as well.

Guess there are no Eurovision fans on @CBCEarlyEdition. With all the talk about the wolf on the loose, there wasn’t a single mention of giving that wolf a banana.
Looking forward to tonight’s tasting with #BCWAS. It’ll feature Masa Shiroki & his BC-made Artisan Sake as well as some recent Gold Medal wines. 🍶🍷 bcwas.org/latest-news
So happy to see one of our local book stores @pfbvan (Pulp Fiction) on The Drive showcasing my neighbour, @marshalederman’s, book in their front window. Can’t get much more in terms of local support than that! 📖
Exciting news! Any guesses/predictions as whether Vancouver or Toronto will play home base for the group Canada will play in?

When’s the last time you saw a line up at a video shop? Maybe the time one had its closing day sale? Sorry to see the institution, @BlackDogVideo, close its doors.
Hanging at @VanMarkets & biggest treat was seeing a man with a prosthetic leg walking a dog with 3 legs. #LoveOurHood

Received notice from @BCFerries that our reservation for a sailing this Thursday (before Easter weekend) is cancelled. Booked 2 months ago but NOTHING they can do to help - even when we’re travelling with a disabled person. More like, nothing they’re willing to do. #RuinedWeekend
Guess it’s time to get an answer to that age old question, “Will he still need me? Will he still feed me…?” 🎉🎂

Agreed. Here’s hoping it’s a favourable omen. On my way for a blueberry cinnamon bun for a good start.
I’d kinda hoped that The Drive would be alive with flags & honking in celebration of #CMNT qualifying for #WorldCup2022. No such luck. Guess the regulars are bummed out about Italy not making it. 🇨🇦⚽️
How_________ is it that, this Valentines Day, our @PacRimCurling game is against the Stained Sheets team tonight? 🥌❤️
