Not at all. Look up the 761st Tank Battalion in Patton's 3rd Army as an example. The biggest thing that was taken away from Black Soldiers was access to the GI Bill. Virtually no WWII Black Veterans got access to it and it caused massive wealth gaps between whites and blacks.
