One mile incline walk at 8 incline 3.5 speed

Just for the clippers nba sin they should make sure the Clippers get the number one pick . Sounds fair to me
This man said “my presence alone is impactful to the game of basketball.” Talk ya talk @KDTrey5 . Generational talent

We never do anything @JohnLynch49ers !!!
Trade: Colts have agreed to send eight-time Pro-Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, per me and @rapsheet. Nelson is on an expiring contract and the Colts are opting to get back draft capital now before they could lose him in free agency.
But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.
He can’t shoot I’m good
Herb Jones is a potential trade target for the Thunder to try and replace Jalen Williams production following his injury, per @SeanDeveney
Jones has seen his minutes plummet from 28.4 to 17.0 this season

On gawd, he stay getting beat. Call him happy feet fall for every move
Richard Sherman believes the 49ers should move on from Jack Jones:
“I thought the safeties would be an issue this season. Ji'Ayir Brown and Malik Mustapha have played outstanding football. But Jack Jones is kind of a mystery. He’s the 50/50, you don’t know what you’re gonna get out of him and that’s been an issue. I think they’re gonna have to look at free agents or look for a trade and find another veteran corner outside of Deommodore Lenoir and Renardo Green— that can go in there and play solid football. Every time they put Jones in there in a critical situation, it ends up being an issue. I don’t think he’s made enough big plays so far for this team to justify keeping him.”
I agree, the 49ers need to release Jack Jones
