Corporations that do not contribute any taxes are taking the limited testimony seats of taxpayers. The tax-exempt corporations must be banned.

We got your back, New York!

Several figures here aren’t federal results or NY-specific. The $472B combines US wide pledges: Micron's $250B is nationwide (NY site $100B) Anthropic's $50B covers TX and NY. The 48% murder drop is from NY's state run GIVE program (28 departments, Jan – May 2026). arkolith.com/news/news-micr… therepublic.com/?p=843020 governor.ny.gov/news/safer-str…

Hundreds of delivery drivers gathered at a protest in downtown Toronto on Monday to demand that their employers provide fair pay, safe working conditions and dignity at work. #TOPoli cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/h…

Three years of warnings. Hundreds of complaints. Nearly a billion dollars in OSAP grants to private career colleges. And Minister Nolan Quinn still can’t explain why his government failed to act sooner. Yesterday, in Question Period, I demanded answers. Students are paying the price for this government’s failures, and I’m not letting them off the hook. #onpoli

Three years of warnings of possible fraud. Hundreds of complaints. Nearly a billion dollars in OSAP grants to private career colleges. Yo @EvanLSolomon - isn't this your actual job?!
Chatbots are turning western brains into pureed spinach while China bans "AI companions" and requires AI models to remind users they're not talking to a real person, and the western press frame this as China pushing a suspicious agenda.

The Ford Conservatives voted AGAINST an independent Auditor General investigation into the billion-dollar OSAP scandal. My colleague @LFairclo and the @OntLiberal put forward this motion to get answers about what happened to nearly a billion dollars in OSAP grants flowing to private career colleges. The Conservatives announced they would vote against it before even hearing the debate. Students deserve answers. Taxpayers deserve accountability. #onpoli Sign my petition: tylerwattmpp.ca/fix-osap-asa…

But what if your government was supporting the fraud?
Premier Doug Ford on the private career college scandal: “There’s a bunch of criminals… I hope these crooks go to jail because they’re nothing but a bunch of fraudsters.”

The disrespect shown to Ontarians by @fordnation & the @OntarioPCCaucus is so evident daily. Instead of actually answering questions from the Opposition parties (Ontarians), they resort to name calling, insults, and reading pre-written unrelated scripts. 1/2

why hasn't the government recovered any of this money??? where did the money go, @fordnation ?
Ontario paid about $1 billion in OSAP grants to career colleges in 2024-25. At two of them, the province now alleges more than half of all aid applications came from a single IP address. CP24 reports, citing new court filings. 🧵👇 (1/7)

Our Finance Minister is a banker. He understands the risk of interest rate fluctuations and a heavy debt burden. He knows that he is crippling Ontario.

$17B for just interest on debt alone. Historic high deficit. Doug Ford is bad at managing your money, and it’s costing you.
Days after the fall economic statement, Premier Doug Ford is defending his government's repeated deficits. Ford blames the pandemic and Trump for the consistent delay in balancing the budget, as the government first promised in 2018. #onpoli

Canada needs a full ban for online gambling ads. It’s like smoking. It’s awful for people’s health. How the open robbery of young men’s money became government policy is perverse. See below by @DrGorfinkel
