VfB looked much more laboured on the ball compared to Atalanta, but the ball from Chris Führich to Deniz Undav at the end of the half was undoubtedly the best moment of the game so far.
Feel that one of these sides will explode into life in the second. Enjoyable to watch this.
Not much to get excited about in that half but hardly surprising given the weather. I'd like to see die Roten be more direct in the second half. Maybe it's the hockey player in me but I say put bodies in the box and take shots when you can.
So... uh... Stuttgart-Atalanta this afternoon... a chance for two hours of relief from my sense of existential dread--and also a chance to add to it 🙃🙃🙃
