"on November 2, the Supreme Court has ordered Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi to appear in court under any circumstances in the National Herald case,"
........

FOREIGN FUNDS TO SUBVERT INDIA’S CHINA COUNTER?
Protestors are out on the streets of Itanagar opposing a project of immeasurable strategic importance. Now, a CNN NEWS18 investigation led by Manoj Gupta has yielded that
a CBI FIR (attacked below) alleges Arunachal activist Bhanu Tatak (belonging to SIFF) who is leading the protests has received Rs 20.94 lakh between 2022 and 2025 to allegedly organise protests against India’s 11,000 MW Siang dam project. The agency is probing 4 money transfers reportedly originating in Britain and the Philippines.
The project is India’s strategic hedge against China’s mega dam upstream in Tibet. The MHA has flagged alleged foreign-funding links as Arunachal’s government and the Centre suspect the agitation may go beyond local concerns over displacement and seismic risks.
Who is funding the fight?

In his speech to the House of Commons on 11 February 1935, Winston Churchill adamantly opposed giving India any chance at self-government, saying if Britain withdrew from India then:
“India will descend, not quite into the perils of Europe but into the squalor and anarchy of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.”
Wish the porker was alive to see Britain looking like a slum belonging to the Islamic Middle Ages today.

Around 20 October 2025, Saurav Das organised a Diwali party which was also attended by retired Supreme Court judge S.K. Kaul.
On 1 November 2025, a hit-job article on Justice D.Y. Chandrachud, written by Saurav Das, was published in The Caravan magazine.
At that time, Saurav Das was just a 25-year-old novice who knew nothing about journalism or law.
How many times does a retired Supreme Court judge attend such parties organised by such novice?
Isn’t it unusual?
What is the possibility that the article was actually written by Justice S.K. Kaul or one of his subordinates, and Saurav Das’s name was merely used for it?

Well explained
As a neurosurgeon, let me tell you how frightening this injury actually is - an occipital compound depressed skull fracture treated with a WIDE craniotomy (outer staple line).
What's scary isn't the fracture; it's what's adjacent to the damaged skull. The axe blows (that tree-branch scar at the center) hit right over the posterior superior sagittal sinus, a large vein that runs lengthwise between the 2 cerebral hemispheres and carries blood from the brain to the heart.
Penetrating injuries to the sinus can carry upwards of a 40% morbidity/mortality - partially because a transection of the sinus can be difficult to repair and can result in extreme blood loss, venous air embolism, or thrombosis - all of which can be fatal.
There's scary, and then there's the "you go to elevate the fracture and risk unroofing the sinus, losing 2 liters of blood in a minute" scary.
The surgeons likely had their hands full and did an amazing job. Divine providence called many heroes into service that day. Damn fine work.
धन्यवाद

The monkey, which had entered the house, turned on the tap and drank water. As it was about to leave, a woman’s voice was heard telling it, “Hey, close my tap, dude…..” The animal quietly turned around, went back to the tap, closed it and walked away, leaving viewers impressed by its unexpected response.

Pay out of pocket for public and private damages. 👍👍👍
🇫🇷 France just set a bold precedent:
Rioters and protestors are legally compelled to pay out-of-pocket for public and private property damages aa.com.tr/en/europe/french-s…
While some Indian states have enacted localized recovery ordinances, India still lacks a uniform national law with standardized frameworks, fast-track recovery, or robust mechanisms comparable to France’s strict enforcement model (such as clear financial liability caps, swift social-media content removal for incitement, and asset/welfare recovery).
Enforcement in India remains fragmented, state-dependent, and frequently caught in legal due-process bottlenecks.
📌 The Real Cost to India: Case in Point
We have witnessed repeatedly how unmanaged disruptions and blockades paralyze urban centers and bleed the national economy:
➡️The 2020–21 Farmers’ Protests: Months of major highway blockades that severed supply chains, stranded goods, and caused massive financial losses to local businesses and commuters.
➡️Shaheen Bagh: Long-term arterial road closures that disrupted daily commerce, mobility, and livelihoods for thousands.
➡️Frequent Jantar Mantar / Urban Protests: Recurring disruptions that bring commercial hubs to a standstill.
While the right to protest is a cornerstone of our democracy, it cannot come at the cost of public safety, rule of law, and economic sabotage.
🏛️ Urging the Government of India: Time for a National Law
It is time for the Government of India (@PMOIndia @HMOIndia) to study the French legislative model and enact a comprehensive National Public & Private Property Damage Recovery Act.
For India to balance democratic freedoms with economic resilience, any such law must strictly enshrine:
➡️Absolute Financial Liability: Protestors, organizers, or rioters proven to have caused destruction must bear the full cost of repairing public and private property.
➡️Peaceful & Lawful Compliance: Protests must strictly adhere to legal parameters, designated zones, and respect non-violence.
➡️Red Line on Economic Activity: Economic activity, trade, supply chains, and daily citizen mobility must never be held hostage. Disrupting commerce under the guise of protest must invite swift legal penalties.
➡️Constitutional rights and economic stability must walk hand in hand. A strong deterrent against vandalism is no longer optional—it is an economic and civic necessity. 🇮🇳 @narendramodi @AmitShah

False claim by AAP starts as winters approaching.
#WATCH | Chandigarh: Punjab Minister Harpal Singh Cheema says, "This is a state that has effectively eliminated the practice of stubble burning; stubble is no longer being burned in Punjab. I consider this a major achievement for the Punjab govt. Over the past 5 years, we have consistently provided farmers in Punjab with equipment designed for collecting and managing stubble, distributing it on a large scale. The results are now evident to the entire nation. Punjab’s farmers do not wish to burn stubble, and as a result, the practice has all but ceased in the state. I would like to thank all our farmer brothers and sisters in Punjab..."

Mumbai’s first AI-powered waste camera is being tested at Dr R. R. Marg in Mahim. And it does more than just watch you.
AI-powered camera detects movement when someone approaches the spot to dump garbage. And the moment it does, a loudspeaker springs into action, warning the person not to litter because the area is under CCTV surveillance.
The real test for the BMC will be to ensure that garbage collection vehicles arrive regularly in these localities so people can correctly dispose their waste.
