Help me out/ I need only a few more followers to reach 20k ... Please follow and/or repost!
I post about the simulation hypothesis, AI, VR, sci-fi, mystical traditions, UFOs, science & occasionally about video games, startups and oh yeah, the nature of reality.
Big thank you to @atomHQ for facilitating the sale of Genesis.ai for $400,000. Also a huge thanks to @darpanmunjal :)
This one was completed via their new AtomEdge feature, with a reduced commission of 12.5% - great to see continued innovation improving outcomes for sellers.

Download Sonora today. It's completely free of charge and will improve your headspace through sound. It is highly recommended to use our app with headphones, ideally wired (not bluetooth).
What inspired us to create this product? We are avid readers of Carlos Castaneda and most of his work with the great Don Juan Mateus was in the Sonoran desert in Mexico. Carlos was an anthropology student and became educated by an expert in plant medicine about the mysterious ways of the world.
We thought Sonora was the perfect name to represent the magic that exists in our reality. Unlock the sounds of Sonora today.

Once you reach the point where you can actually perform magic, the craving to perform it dies. Because heightened consciousness tears away the veil of ignorance, and you finally see that nothing needs to be changed and none of it really matters.

The Matrix is one of those films where they reveal half of the truth, but remix and dilute the deeper layers so the message stays within the boundaries of entertainment rather than true awakening.
In the movie, Morpheus tells Neo that everything he perceives – sight, sound, touch, taste, smell – is nothing more than electrical signals interpreted by the brain. This is scientifically true: our nervous system doesn’t give us reality as it is, it gives us a filtered version designed for survival.
Modern science agrees. We only perceive a sliver of the electromagnetic spectrum. Visible light is 0.0036% of what actually exists. The rest is “invisible” to us.
Neuroscience confirms that the brain doesn’t see reality; it constructs a model of reality. That model is subjective, incomplete, and distorted.
In Yogic, Dzogchen, and mystical traditions, this is the same as saying Maya – the illusion.
We are not just “bodies in pods” plugged into a simulation.
We are pure consciousness, limitless energy, eternal awareness experiencing a material plane through the high-tech bio-suit we call a body.
The nervous system is the translator – like a VR headset, it decodes raw energetic information into the illusion of time, space, and matter.
In truth, the ultimate unplugging is not about escaping a computer-generated dream, but about transcending the ego, the mind, and even the physical body, realizing yourself as the boundless awareness behind it all.
Hollywood framed awakening as “escaping a computer program to return to physical reality.” This keeps the narrative externalized and superficial.
The movie presents the Matrix as a digital prison, but in reality, the Matrix is the mental prison of identification with ego and form.
In the film, freedom means waking up to another layer of “physical” reality. In truth, freedom means waking up beyond all layers of form – physical or digital.
This is why the message resonates but also misleads. It points to something real, but diverts the seeker toward external enemies (machines, programs, systems) instead of the true battle within.
Wake up, Neo. . .

ELON: ONLY INTERESTING SIMULATIONS SURVIVE
“If the simulation theory is true, then it is actually very likely that the most interesting outcome is the most likely.
Because only the simulations that are interesting will continue.
The simulators will stop any simulations that are boring because they're not interesting.
In this reality that we live in, we run simulations all the time.
When we try to figure out if the rocket's going to make it, we run thousands, sometimes millions of simulations just to figure out which path is the good path for the rocket and where can it go wrong?
Where can it fail?
But when we do these millions of simulations of what can happen with the rocket, we ignore the ones where everything goes right, because we have to address the situations where it goes wrong.
And for AI simulations as well, like all these things, we keep the simulations going that are the most interesting to us.
So, if the simulation theory is accurate, then the simulators will only continue to run the simulations that are most interesting.
Therefore, from a Darwinian perspective, the only surviving simulations will be the most interesting ones.
And, in order to avoid getting turned off, the only rule is that you must keep it interesting because the boring simulations will be terminated.”

I won the auction for adapt. ai on Feb 7th 2022 for $6,510. Since then I have had 79 inquiries about this domain. My asking price started at $88k, went up to about $150k in 2023, then eventually moved up to $450k this year as .ai domains have been in strong demand. I got an offer for $100k in 2024, but then the person ghosted me. I just sold it for $300k. I think this ties for the 4th highest reported .ai sale.
