- 7.5% pay rise
- 11.2% for lowest earners
- 37.5 hrs/wk to 36hrs/wk
- pay rise backdated to April 2021

The Conservative government have refused to negotiate with nurses. Therefore, they have chosen strike action.
Nurses will begin striking from the 15th for fair pay, to retain staff and to protect patient safety in the long term.
