A JUDGE said no.
Steve Descano and Virginia officials said YES anyway.
They even helped him get a passport.
Result?
He walked out… went straight to Dulles… and FLED THE COUNTRY to Tajikistan.
A violent, committed killer is now gone — and the people who let it happen still have their jobs.
This isn’t a mistake.
This is a complete betrayal of public safety.
Who is going to answer for this?

Sooknanan struck down the DOJ's entire voter list program NATIONWIDE, even in the 18+ states that VOLUNTARILY handed over their rolls.
She also said the DOJ can't ask states to remove voters it finds are ineligible.
This is insane...
Less than a month before the midterms, a single judge just made it harder to keep noncitizens off the voter rolls.

Allow me explain it so you can "comprehend" it: 1. Kid wasn't visible from the exterior; 2. Driver was wanted on a warrant, for questioning in a separate shooting at a federal officer, is a reported violent gang member, has a felony prior, and was here illegally; 3. Driver tried to mow them down; 4. NYPD is forbidden from targeting illegal felons or from cooperating with ICE, so the feds were on their own; 5. The perp knew who they were--the idea that he might've thought guys with bodycams and vests drawing down on him were maybe looking to rob him (of what?) is utterly ludicrous. You don't think a Trinitario knows what a rip-off looks like? 6. You find this "incomprehensible" because you, like most of NYC's political class, live a life far-removed from the depredations that career criminals inflict on neighborhoods, law-abiding people, businesses, kids, the elderly, and others unable to defend themselves from this sh*t.
