This is frickin crazy
SCOTUS needs to handle this
The Supreme Court is considering a truly bizarre case where an investigative journalist uncovered an alleged threat to our national security and was then hit with an $800 day fine to force her to reveal her sources. jonathanturley.org/2026/10/2…
Good questions
Can any of the anti-fraud Republicans tell us:
-Who owns the offshore account in Qatar that holds $400M in seized Venezuelan oil money?
-What happened with the $1B sent to Trump's "Board of Peace"?
-Who owns the Qatari gifted Air Force One?
-Why more than 50 people who received pardons did so after major donations to Trump or major partnerships with his family's businesses?
-How much public money has been spent at Trump golf courses?
-Who front ran market moving announcements on the war to the tune of more than $20B?
-Why public contracts are going to businesses of Trump allies and cost more than 10x the normal rates?
If not, maybe it's time to shut the hell up about corruption.

Reminder that Starshield is the SpaceX business unit for government/defense customers. The Starlink-based constellation owned by the DoD is the Space Data Network (SDN).
Most terminals in Ukraine are not connected via the SDN. They are commercial terminals on Starshield plans paid via various contracts with the U.S., Germany, and others.
I have real reservations about this claim. Starshield is bound by mountains of terms of service between the Pentagon on SpaceX. The idea that Musk just pulled and Office Space in Starlink HQ and told the watch worker to put up a speed gate on terminals around Ukraine sounds like a massive problem for the Pentagon as well as Ukraine. So yeah, I have real questions here.
