Sunny skies again for the visit of @ComdJHC yesterday! Seeing at first hand the quality of our Army Reserve instructors with weapons, comms and vehicles. Capable and motivated reserve soldiers are a key part of JHC and @1st_Aviation. #flyfightlead
Delighted to welcome @ArmyDcfa to visit @6AACReserves on exercise in Lydd and Hythe, chatting to the troops on the range, in the field and in camp, and even finding time to present a number of VRSMs. A welcome break in the sunshine for those undertaking training on the Ex.
Army Reserves soldiers from @6_regiment providing valuable support to Wildcat aircraft. One of many exciting roles for AAC Reserves in support of Aviation. #flyfightlead @aacrecruiting

Congratulations to WO1 Mel Jarvis on award of her MBE in the #NewYearHonours for her sterling work as RSM 6 AAC. Congratulations also to all those other deserving recipients, especially @nickenglish15 for his work as CO 3 AAC. @1st_Aviation @ArmyAirCorps @ComdJHC #flyfightlead
A fun CO/RSM road trip as we managed to visit 677, 678 and 679 Sqns’ post lockdown training events this weekend. Even managed to fit in a Lord Lieutenant’s certificate presentation for SSgt Leban! Thank you @ComdAHF for access to the AH! #rangedays @6AACReserves @SuffolkMilitary
A rainy Saturday didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of 679 Sqn as they conducted an extensive range package at Longmoor. Some terrific shooting despite the howling winds. @6AACReserves @ArmyResComdSM #RangeDay #IfItsNotRainingItsNotTraining
A reminder on #WorldMentalHealthDay of the value that Army Reserve training provides to our soldiers, as well as ensuring they are ready to operate in the urban environment.
Perfect backdrop for latest VLog as well!

We are proud to announce the South East Reservist of the year as LCpl David Ralph @6_regiment.
Although the awards were online this year the Brigadier would like to congratulate him on his well deserved success.
This is the 4th consecutive year 679 Sqn have received this award
Quiet and respectful, the lack of singing did not detract from the humbling and dignified service to mark #BattleOfBritain80 at St Mary’s in #burystedmunds. Thank you @West_Suffolk and @RAFHonington. #LestWeForget

An Army Reservist who flies helicopters for his day job, is working as groundcrew with 6 Regiment @ArmyAirCorps on the Apache attack helicopter. Carrying out the military equivalent of an F1 pit stop, Airtrooper Paul Roberts is supporting 3 Regiment AAC on Exercise Talon Hydra.
