the way i see it you take blade teamup when you can't get value out of the cleave (they aren't stacking) and phoenix when you can (they're on each other). They buffed the exact situation you're supposed to take the teamup in anyway theres a .1 second difference in the damage floor compared to the unenhanced but a way higher potential ceiling when the enemy stacks so i dont think its entirely truthful to call it a nerf and justify it through a 1-1 comparison of the damage floor (hitting a single person)

Venom's Unenhanced phoenix Teamup is WAYYY Better then the Enhanced Teamup. Lowkey venom got nerfed this patch just because you'll have phoenix on your team. Proof + math in the comments
