In my youth, I prayed for God’s help, then ignored the people He sent.
Gratitude changed that.
Now, everyone matters. Everyone's story has value.
Sometimes God’s answer is a person. Pay attention.
Don’t let people who gave up on their dreams talk you out of yours.
Dreams need protection. Not everyone deserves a front-row seat to what God put in your heart.
Balance with your family isn’t measured by time.
Faith is the foundation.
Let God guide you when to listen, when to help, and when to let go.
Inheritance is what you leave to them.
Legacy is what you leave in them 🎯
Talent may get you noticed.
Success may get you celebrated.
But character determines what you do with both.
Don’t just pray for a bigger opportunity.
Become the person God can trust with it.
Give your baggage to God. Jesus didn’t ask you to carry what He came to set you free from.
Let go of bitterness—the one who holds onto it is the one who suffers most.
If you allow it, gratitude will find you every day!
Control your ego when you’re winning.
Control your thoughts when you’re losing.
Stay humble in victory and faithful in defeat.
God’s lessons are in both.
Stop chasing outcomes.
Become the person outcomes chase.
Do the work.
Trust God.
Become who He is calling you to be.
His timing is always greater than yours.
Sometimes you’re not being called out—you’re being called up.

Stopped in Canton to visit my friend-who somehow doesn’t age! Once again, I left challenged: get better every day, serve God faithfully, and tell the story of where God is taking you more than where you’ve been. The past shaped us, but God has more ahead.
