Cal Poly’s junior guard Hamad Mousa looked really sharp last night vs Arizona going for 30 points.
Mousa has a rare combination of shooting, size and self-creation traits for a 6-8 guard at the MM level. He had an incredibly efficient 30 Points on 14 shots while shooting 8/10 3PT, constantly matched up vs Arizona's best wing defenders but had no issues generating good looks.
The 20-year old has a chance to be the first ever player born from Qatar to make the NBA.

🇫🇷 6-9 Mohamed Diakite is off to a very promising start to his freshman season at East Texas A&M
Had a monster two-way performance today vs Rice with 23 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 2 steals and 3 blocks while shooting 9-17 from the field
With his size and length Diakite has been able to change games on the defensive end early in the season, while also being a legit spacer, on-ball option and transition athlete.
Had legit reps in the Eurocup just a year ago, clearly a talent above this level but it was a very smart spot for him to develop, also gets to be on more radars as result.
Really intriguing prospect that I'm eager to see grow this season.
East Texas A&M will have a pretty intriguing freshman in Mohamed Diakite this season
The 20-year old played in the Eurocup and German Bundesliga last season for Ulm in which he averaged 3.2 PPG in the Eurocup in 17 total matches
Pretty Raw with strong upside as a 6-9 forward with solid on-ball skills, athleticism and length.
