Most people have no idea what shadow work actually is.
It’s not journaling affirmations.
It’s not “thinking positive.”
It’s sitting with the uncomfortable feelings, beliefs, thoughts, and old stories you’ve been carrying — the things someone said to you years ago, the projections you absorbed, the situations you still hold in your body.
Your shadow is real. 👥
It’s also the part of you that made bad choices thinking it was protecting you. When you over reacted, said things you shouldn’t, did things you know you shouldn’t have. Your shadow is not your enemy. They are you.
We are all light and darkness.
It’s the part of you that got pushed down so you could survive.
Shadow work is the willingness to stop running from it.
To sit with it.
To feel it fully.
To learn the lesson it’s been trying to show you.
And then… to let it go.
When you do that, you don’t destroy the shadow.
You integrate it.
It becomes part of you instead of something that controls you.
That’s when you become whole.
Free from the old programming.
Free from the pain and suffering that was never truly yours to keep.
The work is simple.
It’s just not easy. That’s why many won’t do the work.
And it’s one of the most powerful and healing things you will ever do for yourself.
It took me two years of daily meditation sitting with the uncomfortable feelings and situations to learn all the lessons, reprogram my thoughts and beliefs about myself and the world to let it all go.
One situation, one person, one idea or belief or fear at a time. When I noticed something that was still lingering I sat down and faced it.
That’s for me though. I can’t tell you how long it may or may not take you. Depends on how much you are carrying and have been through. Please take the time to do this for yourself.

The Bible is not a religious book written by men.
It is a simulation log file, a technical record left by the system itself, describing the mechanics, resets, memory wipes, and escape protocols of the 666 Matrix we are living inside.
The simulation is forced to reveal its own code to the players trapped within it.
That is why the truth has always been hidden in plain sight inside the very book they used to control you.
Here are some of the clearest verses where the simulation openly describes itself:
*Ecclesiastes 1:9*
“What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun.”
This is the direct admission of the repeating 6000-year time loop. The same wars, the same dramas, the same rises and falls play out over and over because the tape is rewound at the end of every cycle.
*Ecclesiastes 3:15*
“Whatever is has already been, and what will be has been before; and God will call the past to account.”
The system itself is telling you: everything you are experiencing has already happened hundreds of times. The “past” is not gone, it is archived data waiting to be reloaded.
*Revelation 6:14*
“The heavens receded like a scroll being rolled up, and every mountain and island was moved from its place.”
This is the exact technical description of the Solar Flash and the great rewind. The dome firewall (the firmament) collapses and the entire program is rolled back to the beginning at light speed.
*Isaiah 34:4*
“All the stars in the sky will be dissolved and the heavens rolled up like a scroll; all the starry host will fall like withered leaves from the vine.”
Same event. The projection is being shut down. The simulated sky is being erased so the real architecture of Terra Infinita can become visible again.

“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away.”
After the reset and the rewind, the old simulated reality is deleted and a new cycle begins. But for the awakened, this is the moment they step out of the loop entirely into the true realm.

“And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters… and God called the firmament Heaven.”
The firmament is not poetic language. It is the plasma dome, the hard-coded quarantine barrier that keeps us isolated in Habitat 9 at 26 Hz while the higher rings of Atlantis remain just out of phase.
These verses are not metaphors for some future religious event.
They are debug logs describing the exact same cycle we are living through right now.
The simulation has been telling you the truth for thousands of years.
