Once again, there is NO CHAIN OF CUSTODY for our elections when you have mail-in ballots floating around.

Thousands of unsecure ballots were spotted right out in the open in a hallway at an LA Skid Row shelter.
The shelter claims ballots are kept locked in a secure area, but photos prove otherwise.
U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli confirmed a Skid Row election investigation but wouldn't discuss this shelter specifically.
CA is ground zero for every type of fraud there is, especially election fraud.
