That's not straight out of an X men comic. Those claws are impractical. They might resemble Wolverine claws, but his claws are part of his body and attach at the wrist. They aren't just brass knuckles with knives attached.

With Halloween this weekend, worth remembering: costume props with real blades can’t go in your carry-on. If you have to bring them, pack them safely in a checked bag, or leave the claws at home.
